David S. Mitchell
B.A. University of Arkansas at
Little Rock, 1976. Director of Saline County Drug Abuse Prevention and
Treatment Program, 1976-1978. J.D. University of Arkansas School of Law,
1981. Law Clerk to Associate Justice Steele M. Hays of the Arkansas Supreme
Court , 1981-1982. From 1982 through 1988, David S. Mitchell served as
Assistant Arkansas Attorney General principally in the litigation division
defending Arkansas state agencies and officers in civil rights litigation.
From 1988 to the present, Mr. Mitchell has been engaged in the private
practice of the law representing innocent victims of medical negligence,
